What happens to keys?
Absolutely! We understand how important it is to stay connected with your furry friend. You will receive an update after each visit by message, WhatsApp or email. Our updates include a photo of your cat. Additionally, the update will include any noteworthy details.
We strive to keep you well-informed and connected to your beloved pet, making your absence a little easier for both you and your cat.
In case of an emergency or if your cat requires veterinary care during our visit, your pet's well-being is our immediate concern. We are trained to handle emergencies efficiently. We'll contact you immediately, providing detailed information and discussing the best course of action for your cat's health. If veterinary care is needed, we'll transport your cat to the vet promptly. Your peace of mind is our priority.
If you are a new client, you can give us your keys on the initial consultation. If you are an existing client we can pick up a key from you (chargeable service) or you can drop a key to us.
After the last visit, we can hold onto your keys until you return and we'll drop them off to you. Please note that we only post keys back through the letterbox if someone else apart from you away on your trip has a key. This ensures access to continue visiting if your return is delayed and you can't make it back on time to feed your cat.
We do offer a free key holding service for your convenience, this allows seamless operations for future visits.
Our clients' keys are stored in a secured safe, they are tagged only with your cat's name for identification, keeping your private details separate.
